Dry hopped IPA

This is the first beer I've brewed in a while and it turned out amazingly well. I followed the beer at home IPA kit for the most part and then added in an extra round of the finishing hops and added them in after about 8 days of fermentation. This resulted in an extra hoppy flavor that I absolutely loved.

Something was quite right. The initial specific gravity showed that there wasn't enough sugar in the wort. In addition, I left it fermenting perhaps for a bit too long so there is hardly any sweetness to balance the hoppiness. The final specific gravity was 1 which is lower than I've ever had it - impossibly low, as far as I know.

I think for the next beer I'll make something more custom, like a recipe from Extreme Brewing.
